Steve Gaitman began his professional career working as a defense attorney for the Nassau County Legal Aid Society. After litigating cases for the Office of the District Attorney, Mr. Russo started his own criminal defense firm. For more than 25 years, he has litigated over 100 federal and state criminal cases. Jack Palmeri, Esq. of Weinstein Legal
Jack Palmeri is a former prosecutor who has been practicing criminal law for 19 years. Jack started his career at the Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, New York, where he was born and raised. After prosecuting in one of the nations toughest courts, the New York City Criminal Court, he entered private practice as a criminal defense attorney in New York, building a reputation as a fierce appellate litigator and honing his trial skills in courts around New York City and Long Island.
