Circuit Court of Appeals has denied former President Donald Trump’s appeal, seeking immunity from criminal prosecution by Special Prosecutor Jack Smith for alleged election interference. In a 57-page decision, the 3-judge panel of the Court of Appeals rejected Trump’s arguments, setting the stage for a U.S. Supreme Court appeal.
