Washington, D.C. – April 25, 2024 – The Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the matter of Donald Trump v. United States of America. The issue in the case is whether Donald Trump is legally immune from prosecution for acts allegedly committed in connection with the January 6, 2021 events at the Capitol.

The Supreme Court is expected to issue a decision sometime before June 30, 2024 when the Court term ends and the Justices break for the summer.
