June 11, 2024 – Wilmington, Delaware – A jury has found Hunter Biden guilty of all three charges related to his illegal purchase of a firearm. The jury deliberated for a total of 3 hours before delivering the verdict. You can read the Jury Verdict Form HERE:

Biden was found guilty of three counts:

Count # 1 – 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6) and § 924(a)(2) – False Statement in the Purchase of a Firearm

Count # 2 – 18 U.S.C. § 924(a)(1)(A) – False Statement Related to Information Required to Be Kept By a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer

Count # 3 – 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3) and § 924(a)(2) – Possession of a Firearm by a Person Who is an Unlawful User or Addicted to a Controlled Substances

On Count # 1 and Count # 3, Biden faces up to 10 years imprisonment on each of those two counts
On Count # 2, Biden faces up to 5 years imprisonment on this count.

Sentencing is to be scheduled at a future date.

The case is pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware before Judge Maryellen Noreika, Docket # 1:23-CR-00061.
