San Francisco, CA – A Federal jury has found David DePape guilty on all charges for breaking into Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi’s home and attacking her husband with a hammer.
The jury of 12 deliberated for a total of eight hours between Wednesday, November 15, 2016 before returning with their unanimous verdict on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
DePape, who is 43 years old, faces life imprisonment for his convictions of 18 U.S.C. § 1201(d), Attempted Kidnapping of Federal Officer or Employee and 8 U.S.C. § 115(a)(1)(A), Assault on the Immediate Family Member of a Federal Official. He will be sentenced at a future date.
